A lot of creative professionals will be familiar with the mindmapping technique. I’ve long searched for a reasonable computer-based alternative to carrying around dozens of coloured pens, and now it’s here: MindMeister. Fully webbased with very intuitive interface, and of course a web2.0-compliant shockingly ugly color scheme.
