It’s a dreadful rainy day, so time for a good bit of braintime. Recently posted at TED, in this wonderfully enthusiastic and, er.., British talk, adman Rory Sutherland makes the point that while most people are set out to solve the problems of reality, the problems most of us actually face are problems of perception.
